Lexus officially showed the new EV crossover TZ. This is a huge family SUV with three rows of seats, which will become one of the brand’s key models in the EV segment.
Size-wise, the newcomer is closer to the Toyota Highlander, but looks more modern. At the front, narrow C-shaped headlights are installed; instead of a classic grille, a closed panel is used, while at the rear there is a single light strip with an illuminated Lexus logo. The car received huge 22-inch wheels and a large spoiler.
The company separately points out decent aerodynamics. The drag coefficient is 0.27, which is a great figure for a large crossover.
The interior is made with an emphasis on comfort. A wide multimedia system screen is installed, along with a digital dashboard and touchscreen controls. Lexus also paid a lot of attention to noise insulation. The company claims that the TZ will become one of the quietest cars in its class.
