The long-awaited Model Y update, codenamed Juniper, takes the world’s best-selling car to a new level of comfort.
The main focus of the upgrade is improved noise insulation. The use of double glazing and new materials in the body structure has reduced interior noise by up to 30%.
The exterior design has become more aggressive, adopting styling cues from the Model 3 Highland, while the aerodynamic drag coefficient has been lowered to 0.22.
Inside, the Model Y now offers seat ventilation, upgraded materials, and an additional display for rear passengers.
The range of the Long Range version has increased to 600 kilometers (WLTP).
Taken together, these upgrades are expected to further strengthen the Model Y’s leading position in its segment.
