Avatr 06T: 955 HP and a starting price of $31,800

Avatr has opened preorders for the 06T wagon with a three-motor powertrain producing around 955 HP. This level is comparable to high-performance premium EVs.

A configuration with three motors provides AWD and precise torque distribution. It is expected to accelerate from 0–100 km/h in less than 4 seconds, which makes the car one of the fastest in its class.

The model is equipped with a LiDAR system with 896 lines, which significantly increases the capabilities compared to standard solutions. This allows the implementation of advanced driver assistance systems and brings the car closer to higher levels of autonomy.

The starting price is around $31,800, which makes the model significantly more affordable than many competitors with similar power, where prices can exceed $60,000–$80,000.

The wagon body style also distinguishes the model in a market dominated by crossovers. This format offers a large trunk space and better handling thanks to a lower center of gravity.

According to preliminary data, the range could exceed 600 km on a single charge.

Avatr demonstrates a typical strategy of Chinese brands: maximum specifications for a relatively low price. This strengthens competition and boosts the development of the entire EV segment.
